1st: Rose vs F2 Hoppy Amber paired with Faroe Island salmon mousse crostini with roasted red bell peppers and micro fennel.

2nd: Sauvignon Blanc vs Blood Orange Blonde paired with mixed greens and Silver Lake Chevre, sundried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, pan-seared jumbo scallop and oven-dried tomato and herb vinaigrette.

3rd: Merlot vs Oktoberfest paired with a creamy pumpkin bisque with bourbon-maple crema.

4th: Pinot Noir vs Sous la Table Cherry Tripel paired with wood-fired T-bone pork chop with wild cherry demi-glace and creamy buckwheat polenta.

5th: Black vs Coconut Porter paired with house-made tiramisu with toasted coconut.
