Bitters and Tonics: From Malaria to your Manhattan

Learn the roots of bitters and tonics. We’ll talk about what they were originally used for, how they’re made, and how they’ve evolved throughout history. This demo is the most important. We will be using the bitters and tonics that we make in this class in future classes!


About the cocktail class series
By popular demand, we will be doing a series of cocktail demonstrations similar to the cooking demos that we did a few months back. The classes will be hosted by cocktail enthusiast and alchemist Mykie Delligatta at $70 per person inclusive and will begin at 7pm. In tradition with the cooking demos, we’ll give you a little something special for signing up for all four, you’ll get your final demo at half price! The demos will include libations, hearty appetizers, a few skills of the trade, bragging rights, and of course fun and new friends. We highly encourage signing up for all four as the information from certain classes will carry over into others.
