Pasta: Fresh wild mushroom fettuccini, pan-seared jumbo scallops, sauteed jumbo shrimp, cauliflower, wild mushrooms, fresh thyme and oven-dried tomatoes in a white wine cream sauce

Catch of the Day: Pan-seared Atlantic cod over a creamy wild rice risotto with fresh herbs and wood-fired broccolini with lemon

Dessert: Warm oatmeal pie with homemade butter cream, chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, toasted almonds and Fleur de Sel sea salt, served with vanilla bean ice cream
