Dinner Specials 3/2-3/8

Appetizer: Prince Edward Island mussels steamed with white wine, lemon, cherry tomatoes, garlic, lemon, basil and shallots. Served with sourdough toast points

Catch of the Day: Oven-broiled Royal Durade over cous-cous with fresh herbs, dried fruit and extra virgin olive oil with a side of sauteed ice root spinach

Pasta: Fresh Lemon/Basil linguine with pan-seared jumbo scallops, sauteed jumbo shrimp, tri-color bell peppers, garlic, basil white wine, braising greens and oven dried tomatoes

Dessert: Warm oatmeal pie topped with home-made buttercream, chocolate ganach, caramel, toasted almonds and Fleur de Sel sea salt. Served with vanilla bean ice cream
