Pasta – Roasted red pepper linguine with locally foraged hen of the woods mushrooms, shallots, Autumn greens, shaved garlic and house-made Italian sausage, fresh basil and Pecarino Romano cheese.

Catch of the Day – Wood-fired Gulf red snapper with sauteed hen of the woods and domestic mushrooms, shallots, garlic and fresh lemon with sauteed costada romanesco zucchini, red onion and heirloom cherry tomatoes.
