Lunch: Hickory grilled chopped steak – with garlic mashed potatoes, pan gravy and grilled asparagus.

Pasta – Garganelli pasta with jumbo shrimp, salmon belly, shallots, fresh basil, broccoli and braising greens in a whole grain mustard cream sauce.

Catch of the Day – Hickory grilled Block Island swordfish served over creamy Cajun and Asiago cheese risotto and a side of local sweet corn with butter and chives.
