- Baked Penne – Penne pasta tossed with pomarosa sauce, applewood smoked bacon, fresh basil and baby spinach baked with mozzarella cheese until bubbling hot.
- Pasta – Fresh lemon basil linguine, jumbo shrimp, smoked pancetta, tri-color bell peppers, shallots, baby spinach and hand torn basil in a white wine and garlic butter sauce.
- Catch of the Day – Cedar plank grilled steelhead trout glazed with fig BBQ sauce and served with sauteed broccoli with butter and Parmesan and a side of a jasmine red and wild rice pilaf with diced figs and fresh basil.
