Lunch Feature

  • Gravlax Bagel – Toasted bagel, cream cheese, house-cured salmon belly, capers, pickled red onion and micro dill served with a small euro greens salad.

Dinner Features

  • Pasta – Roasted red bell pepper linguine, wood-fired chicken, sauteed Sycamore Bridge Farm heirloom cauliflower, shallots, domestic mushrooms, heirloom carrots, sundried tomatoes, braising greens, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella.
  • Catch of the Day – Wood-fired marinated Block Island swordfish over a creamy lobster risotto with asiago and chives and sauteed Sycamore Bridge Farm heirloom cauliflower with fresh thyme.

Dessert Feature

  • Brandy Soaked Fruit and Nut Bundt Cake – Molasses pound cake with nine different fruits soaked in brandy, toasted pecans and walnuts served warm with an amarena cherry glaze and creme chantilly
