Lunch Feature

  • Classic Cob Salad – Mixed lettuce blend topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, grilled marinated chicken, hard-boiled Weaver eggs, red onion, avocado, and bleu cheese served with your choice of dressing.

Dinner Features

  • Pasta – Fresh egg linguine with braised chicken, domestic mushrooms, oven-dried tomatoes, parsnips, shallots, fresh thyme, arugula, and pea tendrils in a roasted garlic butter sauce.
  • Catch of the Day – Wood-fired Ruby Red Rainbow Trout over a cous-cous, dried fruit, and fresh herb salad, a side of steamed broccoli with butter and seasoned salt, drizzled with lemon infused oil.
