Pasta: fresh lemon basil linguine with pan seared jumbo scallops, Gulf shrimp, zucchini, hand torn basil, heirloom cherry tomatoes, shallots and ice root spinach, in a lemon and white butter sauce.

Catch of the Day: wood fired Ruby Red Trout over a brown and white Basmati rice pilaf with sundried tomatoes and mint and a side of grilled asparagus with lemon oil.
