Pasta: Fresh Egg Linguine, Za’atar seasoned wood-fired chicken, local asparagus, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, shallots, garlic, baby spinach and white wine. Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano and lemon infused oil.

Fish: Monkfish, grilled with Greek seasoning over basil pesto orzotto and sautéed sweet potatoes with honey and fresh thyme.
