Lunch: Chicken Cordon Bleu Wrap: Crispy chicken, sliced smoked ham, Swiss cheese, Romaine lettuce and honey dijonnaise wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Pasta: Fresh spinach linguine, grilled garlic seasoned chicken, local asparagus, wild mushrooms, shallots, roasted red bell peppers, fresh thyme and baby spinach in an Asiago cheese cream sauce.

Catch of the Day: Wood-fired Atlantic swordfish over an Andouille sausage and crawfish tail risotto with a side of braised spring greens.
