Lunch: Penne pasta tossed with extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil, shallots, fresh spinach and sauteed shrimp. Topped with crumbled Feta cheese.

Pasta: Fresh lemon basil linguine, sauteed jumbo shrimp, shallots, rhubarb, local asparagus, heirloom carrots, cherry tomatoes, hand-torn basil, baby spinach and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Catch of the Day: Pan-seared Black Cobia over a Jasmine and red rice pilaf with dried apricots and fresh mint with a side of wood-fired local asparagus.
