Pasta: Fresh Spinach Linguine with bronzed chicken, Kielbasa sausage, tri-color bell peppers, shallots, fresh basil, baby spinach and scallions in a cold-smoked pepper butter tomato sauce.

Catch of the Day: Cedar plank grilled, apricot glazed Steelhead trout over three bean salad and roasted broccoli with Applewood smoked cheddar.
