Pasta – Roasted red bell pepper linguine with sauteed jumbo shrimp, wild mushrooms, broccoli, shallots, fresh basil & braising greens in a white wine, garlic butter sauce topped with parmigiano reggiano.

Catch of the Day – Wood-fired queen snapper over a wild rice blend pilaf with diced apricots & fresh mint and a side of bronzed local cauliflower with parmesan & herbs.
