Pasta: Fresh spinach linguine with pan-seared scallops, tri colored bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, snow peas and shallots in a white wine and lemon butter sauce.

Catch of the Day: Pan-seared red drum served over a jasmine rice pilaf with cherry tomatoes, cilantro and lime  and a side of sauteed spring greens. Served with salsa verde.
