Lunch: Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap -Tortilla filled with our homemade Caesar salad, diced cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and chopped crispy bacon and wood-fired chicken. Served with chips.
Appetizer: Local farm raised squash blossoms stuffed with Blue Jacket Dairy Silverlake Chevre and roasted sweet corn, lightly tempura fried and served with clover honey.
Pasta: Wild mushroom fettuccine, wood-fired chicken, sauteed snow peas, shallots, wild mushrooms, heirloom cherry tomatoes, baby kale and fresh basil in a white wine and garlic butter sauce. Topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Catch of the Day: Cedar plank grilled ruby trout glazed with bourbon maple barbeque sauce and caramelized onions. Served with sauteed spiralized carrots with snow peas, fresh thyme and lemon and a side of Jasmine and wild rice pilaf.
Dessert: Strawberry shortcake- Homemade white sponge cake layered with vanilla-rum Mascarpone and fresh strawberries, topped with house-made strawberry puree.
