Lunch: Penne pasta with local heirloom tomatoes, shallots, fresh basil, spinach, extra virgin olive oil and garlic, topped with wood-fired chicken and Parmesan cheese.

Pasta: Fresh lemon-basil linguine topped with pan-seared jumbo scallops, sautéed with Gulf shrimp, shallots, local heirloom tomatoes, roasted sweet corn, tri-color bell peppers and farm raised greens in an aglio e olio sauce.

Catch of the Day: Wood-fired swordfish served with sautéed snow peas with butter and Parmesan cheese and fried redskin potatoes with bay seasoning and fresh herbs.
