Join us for our first formal wine dinner of 2018.We will host Sommelier and VP of fine wines and education Mary Horn of Heidelberg for a course by course wine dinner with a focus on French wines with a beautiful dish to accompany each wine. The dinner is $65 per person inclusive and reservations are required.
1st Course: Bellachasse White Bordeaux & Creamy Potato and Leek Soup with Crispy Leeks
2nd Course: Louis Jadot White Burgandy & Farm Fresh Greens Salad with a White Wine and Shallot Vinaigrette, Dried Apricots, Crispy Pancetta, Bruleed Bijou Brie Cheese and Pan-Seared Scallop
3rd Course: Louis Jadot Red Burgandy & Pan-Seared Duck Breast, Fennel Marmalade and Cauliflower Puree
4th Course: Bellachasse Red Bordeaux & Grilled Boar Chops, Fig Glaze and Roasted Root Vegetables
5th: Sauternes Dessert Wine & Feta Cheese and Honey, Roasted Pecans and a Bleu Cheese, Candied Onion and Apricot Tart
