Strawberry & Dandelion Greens Salad:

Spring dandelion greens mixed with fresh lettuce, fresh strawberries, bruleèd goat cheese, toasted almonds and a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Quiche

Local asparagus, wild mushroom, shallots, aged gruyere cheese, applewood smoked bacon and weaver eggs. Baked to order in a puff pastry dough.

Wood-Fired Lamb Chops:

Hickory grilled Porter House cut lamb chops with a mint glaze, served with sauteèd spring peas with Parmigiano Reggiano and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

Pan-Roasted Chicken

Pan-seared Kings Farm airline chicken breast served with a wild mushroom & asiago cheese risotto and a side of wood-fired local asparagus.

Pan-Seared Duck:

Culver Farms smoked duck breast, pan seared until crispy. Served over wilted pea tendrils, dandelion greens, shallots & crispy applewood smoked bacon with a spring strawberry Demi glaze.
