Oysters Rockafeller – Fresh hand shucked oysters filled with our signature Rockafeller sauce baked in our wood-fired oven until hot and bubbly

Dinner Features

Prime Rib – Slow roasted, herb crusted certified Angus beef hand cut to order served with au jus spicy horseradish cream sauce and roasted red skin potatoes.

Cedar Plank Steelhead Trout Rockafeller Style – Scottish steelhead trout smothered in our Rockafeller sauce baked to order on a red cedar plank served with lobster risotto and wood-fired asparagus

Pasta – Fresh roasted red pepper linguine, jumbo shrimp, lump crab meat, shallots, fresh chives, broccoli florets and baby spinach in a white wine and Asiago cheese cream sauce.

Dessert Features

Brandy Soaked Fruit and Nut Bundt Cake – Molasses pound cake with nine different fruits soaked in brandy, toasted pecans and walnuts served warm with an Amarena cherry glaze and creme chantilly.

Ghyslain Chocolatier’s Holiday Yule Log – Genoise sponge cake rolled with chocolate mousse and orange liqueur beautifully decorated with fine chocolates and dark chocolate glaze.
