Spanish wine dinner featuring four different Spanish wines
Jenny Yanosik from Vanguard will be presenting
1st Course: Cava paired with Spanish themed tapas and tidbits.
2nd Course: Macabeo/Garnacha Blanca paired with Spring greens, creamy avocado dressing, Marcona almonds, fresh strawberries, aged Manchego cheese, heirloom carrots and dried apricots.
3rd Course: Garnacha paired with steamed mussels with a smoked paprika, saffron and heirloom tomato broth.
4th Course: Carignan paired with wood-fired, oven roasted Mangalista hog rib chops over creamy buckwheat polenta with Manchego and Chorizo sausage.
