- Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad– Locally grown, organic heirloom tomatoes sliced to order with fresh Mozzarella cheese, micro basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and aged Balsamic vinegar.
- Fried Green Tomatoes– Our farm grown, organic heirloom tomatoes, picked green and dredged in Bear’s Mill stone ground corn meal tempura then deep fried. Served with roasted red bell pepper aioli and spicy chimichurri sauce.
- Stuffed Squash Blossoms– Our farm grown, Costata Romansco zucchini blossoms. Stuffed with Blue Jacket Dairy Silverlake Chevré goat cheese, shallots, micro greens and roasted sweet corn. Tempura fried and served with local raw honey.
- King’s Farm Airline Chicken Breast– Hand butchered, cold and pan-seared to order with BBQ dry rub. Served with roasted costata romanesco zucchini and shallots and locally grown Mexican style sweet corn.
- Southern Style Braised Short Ribs– Hickory smoked, slow braised short ribs served with truffle oil mac-n-cheese and a side of green Chile vinegar braised greens.
